About Us:

We are made up of an entirely residential area, but are a short walk from the village of Wauwatosa with its vibrant collection of shops, restaurants, churches, and parks. In April 2009, Milwaukee Magazine included our beautiful neighborhood in their list of the best local areas to live in. Visit Milwaukee Magazine's website to view the complete article.

We are located close to schools, the library, and Wauwatosa Civic Center. Perhaps best of all, we have a jewel of Wauwatosa located within our borders: the Wauwatosa Historical Society's Kneeland-Walker House.

Kneeland-Walker House

Stroll our lovely streets and enjoy the wonderful variety of architectural home styles including stately Victorians, charming cottages, "farm" houses and Milwaukee bungalows. Listen for sounds of children playing, the local high school's band practicing, neighbors conversing. Join any of our special interest groups or enjoy our annual events that enhance the feeling of camaraderie that people in this neighborhood experience.

Our pride in our homes and neighborhood is alive and evident. Contact Us or join our association and learn why Milwaukee Magazine listed our neighborhood as a "sweet spot".
